groups at the same time, so your privacy is ensured and you will always
have full use of the grounds.
Both levels are self-contained, each with 3 bedrooms, living, bathroom and dining areas. The upper level has a fully equipped kitchen and large decks, whilst the lower level offers a secluded courtyard and basic cooking facilities, suitable for simple breakfast preparation.

Peak Period: A cleaner will go through on departure and is included in the Peak Rates.
Shoulder & Off Peak Periods: An additional cleaners fee of up to $85 is associated with all bookings during the Shoulder and Off peak periods (This fee is waived on any bookings over 3 nights duration).
